South African chemicals and energy company Sasol demonstrated its holistic approach to climate-neutral aviation during Africa Aerospace and Defence 2022 (AAD).

Exploring New Paths, Sharing Solutions, and Showcasing Innovation and Capabilities was the theme for 2022. AAD 2022 attracted more than +530 exhibitors from +34 countries, with a staggering +40 000 visitors from 105 countries.

Mediaplatform brought together their team of 18 skilled craftsmen to design and construct Sasol’s AAD 2022 exhibition stands. Working with some of Sasol’s finest and branding President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Falcon 900A aircraft was the highlight. In as little as two days, Mediaplatform erected more than 12 meters of owned LED displays, covering more than 130sqm of the area and reaching heights of over 5 meters. The outcome was a well-positioned multi-national brand poised to showcase its role in decarbonising the aviation sector through sustainable aviation fuels (SAF).
