Approach

To strengthen brand cohesion, digital visibility, and storytelling across a complex multi-club environment. Through a comprehensive Digital Growth Brand Audit, We identified gaps in positioning, platform strategy, and content coordination, which informed the development of a structured Brand Guardrail System and implementation roadmap.We designed and facilitated strategic workshops with club managers, media liaisons, and internal stakeholders to align teams around a unified narrative, while introducing practical tools to support consistent execution across departments.

Outcomes:

The engagement resulted in a scalable brand and content framework now used across multiple clubs, improving consistency, clarity, and digital growth. Maties Rugby and other priority sports have demonstrated stronger online engagement, more cohesive campaign execution, and improved storytelling alignment. The project also established internal capability through training, templates, and systems, enabling sustainable long-term brand management beyond the consultancy period.
